Unleash your dogs potential with E-Collar Training
E-Collar conditioning and training can be done during your dogs board and train, (not the puppy program) or can be scheduled in individual training packages. For the best off leash reliability, consider adding E-Collar conditioning and training to your dogs training program! When conditioned correctly, dogs are excited to put their E-Collar on, offering off leash freedom with instant communication.
For those seeking maximum results, our immersive board and train program provides intensive, structured training under the guidance of a master trainer 24/7. We can help select the right E-Collar for your dog and incorporate it into their training, giving you ultimate off leash reliability when they go home.
Most quality E-Collars have multiple features, such as a light, tone, vibrate, and stimulation. This gives us a lot of options for training. For example, using the vibrate function as a second recall is very useful when your dog can't hear you, or anytime you want to recall them quietly.

Meet the Trainer
My name is Daniel Gunderson, and I was born in Eau Claire, WI. Home base for Driftless K9 is the farm my Great-Great Grandparents pioneered nearly 150 years ago.
the Driftless region has always been special to me, and I'm proud to be serving the community I love by helping dogs and their owners live happier more fulfilling lives.
Dogs were always a central part of my life. When I decided to start training professionally, I wanted a school that would provide a challenge and an excellent education.
I found both attending Tarheel Canine School for Dog Trainers in NC. I lived there for six months earning my Master Trainer certification under the guidance of world-class trainers. I had the privilege to train dozens of police dogs currently keeping communities safe all over the United States
Before starting Driftless K9, I worked at multiple Board & Train facilities, gaining invaluable experience with countless breeds, and the unique personalities that exist within each of them.
Effective training depends on clear communication, and that's exactly what our training provides. We reward dogs for good behavior, correct unwanted behavior, and teach new behaviors through positive reinforcement. Our approach produces lasting results that translate into daily life.
